Kim Kardashian To Be Sued for QuickTrim Endorsement?

Kim and Khloe Kardashian might need to pay up for selling out.
The sisters could soon be the subjects of a class action lawsuit due to their endorsement of QuickTrim, the non-FDA-approved weight loss supplement Kim and Khloe have been hawking since 2009.
Law firm Bursor & Fisher tells The New York Post it is preparing to file on behalf of a client because QuickTrim reportedly contains a high level of caffeine, an ingredient which is not an effective means for shedding unwanted pounds.
“My firm has been retained by an individual that purchased QuickTrim, and we are investigating the matter," a partner with the company tells the newspaper. "We have provided written notice of our client’s claims to the company and others involved in marketing QuickTrim."
The firm has sent an email to QuickTrim users asking if they want to join the suit and saying: “The active ingredient in QuickTrim weight loss products is a large dose of caffeine... The FDA has determined that caffeine is not safe or effective for weight loss.”
As much as we'd love to see Kim suffer for attaching her name to any product that comes calling, let's be honest:
If you actually purchased a cleanse based on Kim Kardashian saying she uses it, you deserve to stay up all night, wondering where you went wrong in life.
Kris Humphries on Jeremy Lin: Nice Guy!

Kris Humphries heard it once again at Madison Square Garden last night: BOOOOO!
But this time the Nets power forward left The World's Most Famous Arena with a reason to smile, despite the reception he received by opposing fans, as New Jersey defeated New York 100-92. Humphries played a key role in the victory, too, with 14 points and 14 rebounds.
"I love the hostile environment," Humphries told ESPN after the game. "There's nothing better than sending 19,000 people home upset... We love that."
Kris is also the latest in a very long lien to give props to Jeremy Lin, the NBA's latest sensation, but not for anything the Harvard graduate did on the court last night. Instead, Lin apparently gave Kris a big assist in the tunnel leading to the locker rooms.
"He just said, 'Hey, I don't know why they boo you, but I think it's crap, and you're playing really well,'" Humphries said of Lin. "That was nice of him to say. He's a really nice guy... It's nice to see great things happen for nice people."
Lin also has great taste in women: he recently said Kim Kardashian was not his type.
Kim Kardashian’s Pre-Shopping Backside Check

Heading out for a bout of retail therapy, Kim Kardashian was spotted out in Los Angeles, CA on Tuesday (February 21).
Clad in skinny pants and a sweater, the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star parked her luxurious Maybach ride and checked out her famous derriere before making her way inside a local boutique to check out the store’s offerings.
The sighting comes just as the not-so-honorable Bennie awards were recently announced and, unfortunately for Kim, she took the title of “worst female reality personality” of the year.
To make matters even worse, a separate award for “worst reality show featuring a Kardashian” went to “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”
The Bennie awards are similar to the Razzies, recognizing bad television the way the Razzies point out bad movies.
